What is the best way to lose those rolls of fat on your abdomen?

I recently lost 90 lbs & now weigh 107 lbs. Although I lost that huge belly for the most part, there are still little "rolls" there. I go to a gym, & do the crunch workouts, but I just can’t seem to get rid of them completely! Is there another exercise I should be doing instead?

  3. My sister and i were in the same situation after losing a ton of weight. I looked great with clothes on but with them off i was so horrified by my kangaroo pouch (thats what my sister and i call the belly flab).
    This is what we did to get rid of it: hope it helpsEliminate carbs and sugars, drink lots and lots of water, consume the majority of your caloric intake in before 2pm and have a small dinner coupled with taking 30days! 30days is strictly for tummy fat

    belly fat is the toughest area to get rid off.
