how do I get bread rolls to be crispy?

I make my own bread including rolls but although the results are always good and really tasty. I would like them to be more crusty on the top.

the secret to a good crust is to make sure that your oven is very humid

after putting in the dough, I would use a spritzer to spray water into the hot oven before closing the oven door.

putting a small baking tin of water in with the bread would also work
