    Its a jaguar ^^, but close :)

  2. It’s a song about …
It’s a song about mortality, not religion. It’s about being part of something ongoing despite the absence of an afterlife.

does the guitarist have a jazzmaster?

  4. This song is …
This song is Religious way of saying that religion sucks !

  5. I am an athiest. I …
I am an athiest. I was just saying its about religion. And what I take from it, is that he his quite religious. Why do you take offence from that? Thats the problem with athiests, they cant let people be happy with God. And theists will not let people without Him :P .

Its a good song about religion either way :P

  6. so true. if you …
so true. if you look at the interviews with the lead singer he wrote almost all the songs about the breakup he had with his girlfriend, so yes they are about loss. and this song? its about being an atheist. sorry to all you religious people out there, but he said it himself.

  7. actually its about …
actually its about the lack of religion: its about atheism. If you people don’t believe me watch or read the interview with the lead singer about this song.

the drummer looks a tad bored lol
    great song

  15. Well the appealing …
Well the appealing thing about FR is the heartfelt, personal lyrics, and unfortunately having a “Christian” band is rather like having a “Love song” band. It’s really trite cliche by definition. Christian music tends to be very cold and plastic, in a way that’s different from just music that happens to be by Christians.

  16. Yeah, I always …
Yeah, I always check out peoples recomendations. I like christain music if it is done well, I just dont think they do it well atall, i thought it was shallow, emotionless and soulless. Just kissin god more or less :P . The type of christian pop music i like is when it tells the effect of religion on people in reall life, rather than ‘preaching’ over pop music to try and get in with the youth.

    You probably only …
You probably only heard the song God of this City, correct me if I am wrong. The one that really reminds me of them is called God’s plan. They are indeed Christian though, so if that is a turn-off for you, then they are probably not the ideal band to listen to. They do put on a great live show and they are indeed a great band in my opinion, but I realize you are entitled to your own opinion :)

Thanks for the try out anyway lol, not many people will go out of their way for that haha!

    Cheers

If you don’t mind positive and encouraging music, you should check them out! I spent the whole week with them, and they are easily the coolest guys alive!
