15 Weeks Pregnant, Can I sleep on my stomach?
I am currently 15 weeks pregnant and I keep finding myself roll onto my stomach while sleeping. I feel so bad that I roll over on my side but its hard to sleep like that so I guess my body naturaly rolls back over to my stomach. Am I doing any damage
No, you are not doing any damage. You can sleep on your stomach as long as it is comfortable for you. I am most comfortable on my stomach, and didn’t stop sleeping on it until I became too big and it made it uncomfortable. I then switched to my left side.
Yep!
So long as your comfortable your not doing any harm to the baby!

Yes you can. As long as you’re comfortable, you can sleep any way you want.

yes you can sleep that way and no you are doing any damage, your baby is in enough padding to where it will not do any damage. and you are not squishing the baby either. I am 21 weeks and I have slept on my stomach the whole time and I was told as long as I am not in any discomfort or pain then that is fine. thats the only way I can fall asleep. when you get further along and bigger it may be difficult to sleep that way but only you can determine that.

No damage but enjoy while you can because later on you will not be able to
