Fold in the Sides
Fold over the bottom, and tuck in the corners.

Fold the sides in, tuck the bottom up and - if you want them portable- the top down. To make it portable, wrap it in foil. Peel it down, like a candy bar, as you eat. The secret is not to use to much filling or it wont work. Here she shows you another way ( at about 5.30) but she uses too much filling. Take the opposite ends, and fold them in towards the middle. With your thumbs, grab the bottom flap and fold that up to the middle.
