How do I get that roll on the top of my head like the avatar haircut?

Like the hairstyle some avatars have. The one with the ponytail and then that roll on the top of your head. Or whatever it is how do u get it?

All you do is grab your bangs or the hair where you would have bangs and pin them back and push it forward so it makes the bumb then hairspray it and your down
