What’s the best way to build a backyard parking pad for a city row home?

I live in a Baltimore City rowhouse (corner & and long end back to the alley), and I currently have a concrete wall around my backyard space. I’d like to knock down the concrete and erect a fence or gate or something along those lines so that I can use the backyard space as a parking pad. Any ideas? What’s the best fencing. I may have to pull into the corner of the space, so the fence would have to roll/unlatch/etc. Thanks!

Check what the local building codes allow and then look at what others have done to find what you like.
