How many people here are aware we are living in the End Times?

There can be no doubt about this. We are told in many spiritual traditions this Aeon will end "in fire"(the Bhagavad-Gita is one), and as it happens, we now have the necessary firepower to accomplish this deed; in fact , it’s a miracle it hasn’t happened already. But it will…it will.

I have very reliable information that the "Kalki" avatar is among us, and there will be a change of worldly agenda after December 22, 2012 rolls around! Sooo. we’d all better start thinking about this and what it all means to us; anyone who thinks the current state of affairs "can’t change" or "isn’t going to change" is in for the rudest of awakenings; make no mistake about THAT.
Well, in remark on one comment about things "being the same as 600 years ago"..600 years ago they didn’t have 70,000 nuclear warheads scattered around the world. But they sure do NOW. It is no longer a matter of "if", but "WHEN". Did you know that 600 years ago, people were actually instructed to dedicate part of their prayers for those who would be on earth in the last days? Now, people don’t even KNOW how to pray, never mind think about future generations!
It is also a fact that the "Aquarian Avatar" Ramakrishna Paramahansa stated that he would ‘come back’ in 200 years (he died in 1886)one more time to gather his devotees, and "after that there would be no liberation (moksha) for a "very long time". This is entirely consistent with the theory underlying "the "Kali Yuga’ or ‘Black Aeon" in which we are currently living. Eventually it will degenerate into "Ghora Yuga" (the "Fearsome Aeon") when nature takes a hand and "clears the decks"; it is said of this period that "the living will envy the dead". After that, begins the "Satya Yuga", or the Aeon of Truth, where the concept of "moksha" or evolution beyond life and death does not prevail. If this is so (and Ramakrishna was revered by thousands as a genuine incarnation of God, AND was also noted for his extreme devotion to truthfulness), then NOW is the time to start thinking about your "immortal soul", since that means Ramakrishna’s return is due in or about 2040.

    yes Jesus Christ will appear in the clouds coming back to Earth in like manner as was when he ascended to the heavens. All the Earth will bow and then at that time know that He is Lord……….

    I’ve thought about it some, and a lot of the recent events have fit in place with the end of our life cycle. According to the Miyan calander it ends December 23, 2012. and the chinese is close to that too. its all really scary, right? i mean we have less than 5 years to live.
    but yeah right whatever…. no one can predict the future, all these prophecies are based on visons or past assumptions, or occurences.
    But i for one do want to get to 2012, just to see what will happen… so i do have curiosity about it… but for all in all i just trust in God. i mean what else can you do?
    i think it would be awesome to be one of the living during the end of the world and the judgement of everyone and what would happen./

    This is true. While the sources for our knowledge are different, there is agreement that it appears to be now. And it’s not just religious sources but even rational scientists have see changes in weather patterns as a sign of foreboding for man’s future.
