How do I roll a joint with a broken hand?

I live in a country where smoking cannabis is legal.

That being said I broke my left hand and can only use my left pointer, middle finger, and thumb. Any suggestions on how to roll this bad boy? My J’s are coming out to thin on the left when i put the lighting end in my left hand and I can’t roll with smoking side on left because i can’t close it in.
