Would the council put toilet roll holders in the lifts cos sometimes after a club im caught short &?

the lifts are dead slow & im fed up of using my dress or an old bit of litter to sort meself out

lol. Brilliant idea. I’ll definitely lose some weight using the stairs instead.

  5. I’ll bring the issue up at the next general meeting shall I? Maybe we could put a chain pull in too, with a self emptying floor fitted, which only operates at floor levels higher than 4 and always before the doors open.

    clearly your estate ain’t as good as mine we even have soap dispensers in the lifts in our town block and unrinals- councils reason if you can’t beat them join them!
