I seem to have a serious Sweat prob?! :S?

In skwl in the mornings i use roll on and Anti persperant deoderant.By dinner I smell like I havent have a wash for a year I smell like a dead Animmal that’s had a fight with a skunk and lost!

You use a roll-on AND spray?
I recommend just using one, personally I prefer antiperspirant sprays as I feel I have more control over how much I put on.

You can always carry around a smaller spray bottle of the antiperspirant (or roll on) to apply during your lunch breaks in the bathroom – don’t worry, most women re-apply deodorant throughout the day, me included!

Don’t worry too much about this i think its just puberty and growing up :)
Make sure before you put it on you wash underneath your arms with warm water and soap.
    Hope this helped..x

  4. Do you eat a lot of spicy food, that can make it worse, for some reason onion and garlic seem to leak out of the sweat glands. You can by a stronger anti perspiant like Mitcham if you go to boots or a chemist they will help. You can also get deodrant wipes that you can use in between showers etc. Your doctor could help if it gets really bad it could be your age too good luck.

I’m going through the exact same thing. if you can carry a small bottle of fragrance spray with you to keep the smell to a minimum. for the actual sweating through clothes try not to wear hoodies for long periods of time because they will give you underarm stains. perhaps go to your doctor for prescription strength anti persperant or get Botox shots to close your sweat pores. if your head sweats wear long sleeves so you can wipe off your forehead with ease. of course you’ll have to deal with the added heat though. hope this will help because I know it is embarrasing/sucks.
