I need to know if the remnants are large enough. It seems silly to unroll each roll of carpet just to measure. Is there an easy way to estimate the area of carpet remaining on each roll?

Digging out my long forgotten 6th grade geometry, I know I could estimate each carpet ring using (pi)x(diameter)x(length), but I never see our carpet guys using calculators. Do flooring folks have some easy method of estimate rolls of flooring?

to make the calculation but I think it’s more complicated than it needs to be. You could probably get a good estimate by measuring the diameter of each winding of carpet and then multiply that by pi. This will give you the circumference for each winding which will be your linear length when it’s unrolled. Add up all your winding "lengths" and you’ll have close to the full length. Also, you want to measure the diameter to the underside of the carpet so you don’t overestimate the diameter.

If the rolls are very big and have too many windings to measure each, you could further simplify it by counting the number of windings and measuring the inner and outer windings and just evenly divide it out.

Not at all! If you want a good foundation consider it as an investment. L’oreal Roll On True Match does actually leave line marks on your face and you’ll have to use your fingers and things will get messy… Trust me. This foundation has got a sheer coverage and if you want full coverage you’ll need to apply more and more or a really good concealer. I’ve used a varied range of drugstore foundations and none was even okay! They didn’t last long or didn’t cover well. Now, I use the Make Up Forever Mat Velvet+Matifying Foundation and I just love it! It’s worth every pound!

It creates a new album in the photos section on my iphone. Is there a way i can copy the photos directly to Camera Roll?

You cannot copy photos into the Camera Roll but you can copy photo’s from the Camera Roll to your computer.

You can create sub-folders in the Photo’s application but this needs to be done on the computer first and then they will copy over when you sync your iPhone.

If your baby can roll over, it’s fine for them to sleep any way up they like. It’s only dangerous for them to sleep on their stomach if they can’t get off it.

I wouldn’t buy a sleeping positioner unless there’s a medical reason for it. How would _you_ like to be wedged into a sleeping position so you couldn’t roll over?

You can do that, but be sure to have them put high resolution images on your CD. Many labs just assume that you are going to use the image files on the CD to send via email or post on the internet so they give you reduced resolution image files which are fine for computer use, but cannot be later printed.
